In this 8 weeks workshop, you will be introduced to the fundamental Tibetan meditation practices like sitting postures, breathing techniques, yoga exercises and visualization. You will gain an insight into how your mind works and experience the true nature of your mind which in turn will balance your mind and body.
Your experienced instructors will teach you how to integrate these easy and practical meditation techniques into your everyday life to live a healthy and stress-free life.
